There are a number of publications where you can find reviews of stock trading websites on a yearly basis. The ones listed below give a broad overview of this topic.

American Association of Individual Investors (AAII) Computerized Investing magazine

From their home page, you can go to a section where they have their guide to top online pages. They try and identify the best overall site as well as sites to use for data, screening, charting, technical analysis and many other topics that traders would find interesting. While this AAII is more geared to fundamental analysis there are some sites that are considered technical in nature.

Technical Analysis of Stocks and Commodities

Review stock related online content each month in their magazine. They cover a wide range of topics that are of interest to traders.

You can also keep current with new online content by reading other magazines which review websites in each issue.
